Many nuts and seeds are high in omega 6 fats which are thought to be pro-inflammatory so should we be cutting out omega 6 fats from our diet or at least reducing them? Should we reduce or eliminate our intake or peanuts, cashews, almonds , pumpkin and sunflower seeds? What about avocados? Are they too high in omega 6 fats? Well let's find out!
