ENGLISH: How to stream TV channel with VideoLAN (VLC player)?

VideoLAN 2.x streaming tutorial for analog TV tuners. Basic concept is the same for streaming multimedia files or other capture devices like web cams or dvb tv cards. All settings on the "remote" server (server is a desktop PC with IP address 192.168.0.3 and ASUS TV Tuner card inside) were done using TightVNC on a client (client is a remote laptop computer with IP address 192.168.0.2). Things to pay attention to: selecting and correct capture device settings, proper protocol selection (RTP, MMSH, HTTP...) and proper encapsulation (MPEG/TS, H264...), IP addressing, Firewall exceptions etc.

VideoLAN 2.x striming tutorijal za analogne TV kartice. U osnovi, slična su podešavanja i za strimovanje filmova, muzike ili drugih capture uređaja poput web kamere ili dvb kartica. Sva podešavanja na "udalljenom" serveru (server je u ovom slučaju desktop kompjuter sa TV karticom i IP adresom 192.168.0.3) su izvedena pomoću TightVNC-a preko klijenta (klijent je udaljeni laptop sa IP adresom 192.168.0.2). Stvari koje mogu zadavati probleme: korektan izbor i setovanja capture uređaja, odgovarajući protokol (RTP, MMSH, HTTP...) i transkodovanje (MPEG/TS, H264...), IP adrese klijenta i servera, firewall-i itd.
