Host and join a Ark Ascended Dedicated Server on Windows 10/11. Easy method. Does not require SteamCMD

1. Download Ark Survival Ascended Dedicated server from Steam client
2. Start Server
3. Edit gameusersettings.ini
ServerPassword=YourPassword
ServerAdminPassword=Youradminpassword
Port=7777
QueryPort=27015
4. Port Forwarding: 7777-7778, 27015-27016 UDP/TCP
5. Turn on firewall and open Inbound Rules: 7777-7778, 27015-27016 UDP/TCP
6. Start Server in offline mode
7. Survive!
