For me this is the best PARSLEY PESTO ! Better than the one made with Olive Oil. I feel it goes perfectly with any type of meat! Find below all the ingredients, and in the video all steps and instructions. Enjoy it❤️!
INGREDIENTS:
✶ A handful of Parsley
✶ A handful of Roasted Pistachio (it can be salted too)
✶ 2 tsp Butter (at room temperature / it can be salted or unsalted)
✶ 2 tsp Lemon Juice
✶ 2 tsp Grated Parmesan
✶ 1/2 tsp Salt
✶ 2 minced Garlic Cloves
