Note: The volume of the cup is 250ml
Ingredients:
For dough:
120g (1/2 cup) softened butter
A pinch of salt
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
1 egg
240g (1.5 cups) flour
16g (2 tsp) baking powder
Wrap in cling film and leave in the freezer for 15 minutes.
For pudding:
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
1 packet of pudding vanilla flavor (37g)
400g (1.6 cups) milk
50g (2 tbsp) butter
4 apples
2 tbsp sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
Cover the 28x18 cm baking pan with baking paper
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 45 minutes
