Eye on MDG - Katsina State

(www.abndigital.com) Katsina state is one of the eighteen states that participated in the 2007 MDG Conditional Grant Scheme. Intervention funds in the state were spent mainly on water and health. We begin with the story of 23 year old Bishir Abdu of Sherere village in Kankara local government Area of Katsina state.
