This is a Motormouth couple car review of the all-new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia SUV/Crossover/Wagon? The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia has a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with two electric motors, it’s matched to an eCVT and has a combined 240 horsepower, standard AWD. You can use regular fuel in the Signia. The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia is assembled in Japan and uses the same platform that underpins the Crown sedan. It’s smooth, refined and has some good power, delivers the best of both worlds, sedan like driving comfort and SUV versatility. There are three drive modes to choose from normal, eco and sport. There is an EV mode for which allows for electric only driving at low speeds. The AWD system has a dedicated rear electric motor to deliver extra traction when needed. Toyota says their engineers spent many hours studying and engineering reductions in noise, vibration and harshness for this SUV. This 2025 Toyota Crown Signia has a premium feel to it, Toyota really focused on giving this SUV a more upscale look with bronze metallic trim, black or saddle tan leather upholstery with double stitching quilting and piping. The Signia is a good combination of style, comfort and performance. The battery in the Signia is located beneath the rear seats.
There is a package you can add to the Limited model to get some extra features like a panoramic view monitor, traffic jam assist, front cross traffic alert and lane change assist.
