Higher: Proteins Condensation and Hydrolysis Practice

This video is a chance to practice some drawing condensation and hydrolysis reactions for proteins.  It is important to be able to draw the formation of the amide/peptide functional group correctly, be able to identify it in a polypeptide and then show the products of hydrolysis of polypeptides.
