Nzimande announces R3.8 billion loan scheme for the 'missing middle'

Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has announced a new R3.8 billion  loan scheme, to help students in the so-called missing middle.

This as Action SA members protested outside, demanding he resign following allegations by the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse - that he allegedly received kickbacks from National Student Financial Aid Scheme contactors.
