Problems using hotspot with Visible. iPhone can't share Internet with multiple devices. Slow 5mbps

I wanted to use Visible
I wanted to use Visible wireless $25 plan as a hotspot to connect to multiple devices in my house.
Unfortunately, if you're using an iphone, it can only personal hotspot to 1 device at a time. It has a limit of 1 device. IT CANNOT connect to more then 1 device!?
1. If you use an iphone, it cannot persoanl hotspot to multiple devices. YOU WILL HAVE TO DISCONNECT connected device if you want to connect another device.
2. Hotspot is unlimited for either $25 plan (5mbps) or $45 visible+ (10mbps`).
Again, hotspot speeds are very slow at either 5 or 10mbps.
Also, upload speeds are even worse.... at around 0.5 to 3 mbps.
NOTE: you can use an android phone like pixel 3 if you want to hotspot to multiple devices in problem 1.
If you're trying to use Visible phone service by Verizon with an iphone HOTSPOT. You may experience connection problems,... why?
*** The iphone CANNOT share internet to multiple devices at the same time with VISIBLE. I KNOW.. CRAZY, huh?
I repeat.. only one phone can connect to a mobile hotspot with VISIBLE if the primary sharing phone is an IPHONE.
If you try connecting another phone to the mobile hotspot without disconnecting the 1st phone, you get a connection error:
Iphone:
Unable to join
[Hotspot Name]
The network is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.
Android:
Saved / Access point temporarily full
Again, to be able to connect the 2nd or 3rd phone, you must disconnect the 1st phone. Why? Because Visible + Iphone as a personal hotspot has a LIMIT of 1 hotspot user!
Crazy.
This is what I have done... this is not really a workaround:
My android pixel 3 is able to hotspot multiple devices at the same time. So I'm using an android phone now instead of the iphone.
