Normally Jaggery Rosgulla makes in the harvest time of sugar cane .It is a very easy recipe to make . Same with rosgulla .

Ingradients

Paneer                1 cup
All purpose flower 1 spoon
Jaggery                1and 1/2 cup
Water                   3 cup
Sugar                    1/2 cup

Method

First rub the paneer for 10 minute. Then add all purpose flour and again rub it well.Now make small small balls.Take 3 cup of water in pressure cooker and add jaggery and sugar . Let it boil for 7 minute. After 7 minute add paneer balls in to it and let it cook for 7 minute. After 7 minute let the pressure cooker cool and your Jaggery rosgulla is ready to serve.You can refrigerate for 2/3 hours then serve for  better  test. ENJOY
