Food is an important part of our lives, and the taste is what defines the food we eat. Without taste, we would not be able to enjoy the foods we love to eat today! This video was made by McMaster students Nora Fatayerji, Gary Grewal, and Holly Crandon in collaboration with the McMaster Demystifying Medicine Program.
