BO all sts on the next RS row using a Picot BO.

Picot BO: K3tog tbl, place st onto left needle, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 24 times.

Picot Pattern Repeat
(K2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 4 times.
CO 3 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 7 times.
CO 5 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 9 times.
CO 7 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 11 times.
CO 9 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 13 times.
CO 7 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 11 times.
CO 5 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 9 times.
CO 3 sts using the cable CO method, (k2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 7 times.
(K2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) 4 times.

Work Picot Pattern Repeat 15 more times.

(K2tog tbl, place st onto left needle) until all sts are bound off.

Break yarn and pull it through the last st.
