Karimkhan Citadel is located in
Karimkhan Citadel is located in the center of Shiraz. This citadel was built during the reign of Zandiye dynasty and after Karimkhan Zand chose Shiraz as his capital and this place as his place of life, it became known as Karimkhani Citadel. This building was used as the seat of government in the Zandiyeh period and as the residence of local governors in the Qajar period. During the reign of the Qajar dynasty, the citadel was used as the residence of Persian princes, and from 1310, it was used as a municipal prison.

ارگ کریمخان ارگی است که در مرکز شیراز قرار دارد. این ارگ در زمان سلطنت سلسله زندیه ساخته شده‌است و پس از اینکه کریمخان زند شیراز را به عنوان پایتخت و این مکان را به‌عنوان مکان زندگی خود انتخاب کرد، به ارگ کریم‌خانی معروف شد. این بنا در دوره زندیه به‌عنوان محل استقرار حکومت و در دوره قاجاریه به‌عنوان محل زندگی فرمانداران محلی استفاده می‌شد. در زمان سلطنت سلسله قاجار، از ارگ به‌عنوان دارالحکومهٔ امرای فارس و از ۱۳۱۰ خورشیدی، از آن به‌عنوان زندان شهربانی استفاده می‌شد. برای مشاهده توضیحات کامل در مورد ارگ کریمخان زند و همچنین سرویس بهداشتی بسیار زیبای این ارگ یا زندان وکیل در این ویدیو با ما همراه باشید.
