Yet more Black Friday silliness
Yet more Black Friday silliness -- this time the spaceborne cousin of Mork Borg, the delightfully grotesque sci-fi/horror Vast Grimm RPG from Infinite Black. I bought direct from Infinite Black and they shipped all four items for a flat £15, which is a bargain in today's international shipment environment, so for other UK-based players, I give their service and price my highest recommendation!
Here we look at the Vast Grimm core rulebook, two expansion books (Space Cruisers and Space Raiders), and the Bad-Ass GM Screen. The books are all really well-made, with a tonne of interesting art, but very much that kind of chaotic Mork Borg style that can be somewhat divisive (I love it, personally).
For me this will be a great game to jump into for fun mini-campaigns at a moment's notice; the rules are light and easy to remember, and there's plenty of tools here for generating adventures and whatnot on the fly, making the GM's life much easier. I'm very glad to have this in my collection alongside Mork Borg; I'll have to pick up Pirate Borg one of these days too!
