How To Make Ćevapi (Skinless Sausages)

500g beef mince (lamb, beef, pork, veal can be used or in combination)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 minced onion
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
