Power BI Visual Guide #9 - Scatter Chart Pt2 - Creating a Risk Matrix Using a Scatter Chart

In this video, I explain how to create a risk matrix using a scatter chart.
I've created videos and courses (linked below) on how to create a risk matrix in Power BI before. However, this is a different approach and allows for a higher granularity and overlaying the description of risks on a matrix.

I also explain how to configure the Power BI scatter chart so that the size of each dot represents the age of the risk and the colour represents the cost to mitigate the risk, in effect showing 4 different measures on one plot. - Risk Severity, Risk Likelihood, Age of risk and finally cost to mitigate.

This approach is better suited to displaying a smaller number of risk, probably up to 10 so would be ideal for a summary of the top 10 risks for a company, project, safety concerns or defects on an item of equipment.
