CAD U37 USB Microphone Setup - How to Hear Mic Input onto Speaker or Headphone

Initial setup of CAD U37 (http://amzn.to/2Bt2DF6)  Microphone on Windows 7 PC.  I also included the procedure on setting-up mic so that we can hear directly from PC speakers (or headphone) the voice input to the USB microphone.  This is useful when you want to monitor your recording.  I guess this procedure is the same for all USB microphones using C-Media Audio driver.
