This was a difficult Soviet campaign speedrun. I beat the current record from MasterMaul by a little over five minutes. I used many high risk strategies to get that time down. Unfortunately one of the strategies did not work successfully on mission 8 and I had to bring a few Twin Blades to pick up an Engineer that would of otherwise been destroyed hadn't he landed. The first high risk strategy is mission 3 landing units close to the Empire Palace. That's usually a reset but the RNG worked out. Mission 4 involves heavy dependence on your co-commander, so its all up to the computer whether it functions in your favor or not. After that, my V4 vehicles survived and were utilized till the very end of the mission. Mission 7's high risk strategies involves moving the conscript past the Imperial Warrior instead of waiting for him to pass. It saves about ten seconds and its usually avoiding this deep into the run because of it's inconsistency. Later in the run, I go all or nothing with Twin Blades with one Apocalypse tank to the Emperor's Palace. The Emperor is very inconsistent here but fortunately it worked out for me. I ended up getting world record on this mission, beating the old record by seventeen seconds. Mission 8 has a very high risk strategy which again, unfortunately didn't work as planned. I almost reset here, but was able to think on my feet and send Twin Blades to rescue the Engineer and deliver him to the Vacuum Imploder.
