this loop is rugged trail and is not for people who lack route finding skills. It is one the best hikes around the Phoenix area, with lots of great views of famous superstition mountains. this was just over 10 miles as a loop and took me around 5 hrs to complete. i woild say its thw most beautiful hike in the superstition mountains
