A case of simptomatic irreversible pulpitis of a lower first molar with complex internal anatomy showing three canals in the mesial root (middle mesial canal) and two in the distal root with extensive calcifications of the pulp chamber and narrowing of the root canals.

The treatment it is described during the video, and it includes: access cavity preparation, preendodontic buildup, endodontic access and radicular access, handfiles scouting, negociation and working length determination, direct rotary instrumentation using the Protaper Gold files,  conventional irrigation & disinfection protocol, combined techniques of root canal obturation such as continuous wave condensation and squirt technique, final adhesive restoration using dual cure buildup resin.

The treatment has been performed in one session under the OPMI Pico operating microscope.
