Does Wallachia have the most Bloodthirsty ruler in eu4? Vlad the Impaler can become the ruler of Wallachia in a event when the starting ruler dies before 1477.  Vlad the Impaler inspires the eu4 nations missions, national ideas and achievements. This is part of my eu4 history series and I decided to look into Romanian history. Vlad impaled 100's of people and it led to the region fearing him.
