Dr. Veritas Ratio is without a doubt one of the most intelligent and brilliant scholars in the honkai star rail universe. He has achieved plenty during his life and has invented many things even from when he was very young. So if hes such a smart guy why hasnt dr ratio joined the genius society?
In this video we are going to explore Dr Ratio's background and see whether there is any reason behind Nous not even looking in his general direction.
