🏅 Coaching Points
- Do these drills at the beginning of your training session, after a warm-up
- When running, run on the front part of your foot and keep an upright body posture
- Do each drill 3 to 4 times with enough rest between each repetition,. Then go 100% again!
- You can do these drills every 2 days. Make sure your body gets enough rest.
- Quality before speed. First learn how to do these drills in perfect form at your own pace!
