The Nissan Teana is a mid-size car produced by Nissan of Japan. It is exported as the Nissan Maxima and Nissan Cefiro to certain markets. It replaces the Nissan Bluebird, Laurel and Cefiro. Nissan revealed the second generation (J32), redesigned Teana at the 2008 Beijing Auto Show. The new Teana is based on the Nissan D platform also used by the new North American Nissan Maxima and Nissan Altima.
