Crispy pastry recipe
Ingredients: 200 grams of flour, one egg, 50 grams of sugar, 100 grams of oil, a little vanilla, one teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, baking powder, a little salt. Then we add flour and knead by hand. until a soft dough is obtained.
This dough does not need to rest.  Divide the dough into nine equal balls.  Spread the pastry dough.  Cut like a movie.  Now carefully roll and shape the roll into a circle.  Place on a greased tray.  Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
