DIY simple cheap easy HRV=fresh air system for your home (prototype)

I have long wanted to do something about the air quality in the guest room/office so it would be nicer to sleep in there I had already made a temporary solution with a pc fan which has run smoothly for 2 years but it just not enough to get fresh air in and bad air out.
Then I got an idea to make this heat exchanger HRV.
