Raft - Where to find the lightbulb on Balboa Island - [Hyslyne's Guides]

The lightbulb is just for the achievements [Tiny Little Murderer] and [Fix Errol!].
You get the first achievement and the lightbulb by interacting with the scarecrow on a hill facing Mama Bear's cave and you get the second achievement by giving the lightbulb to a dummy with an E on its chest, in front of Ranger Station.
