**CORRECTION**: I said that the FDA doesn't regulate fish oil.  It doesn't fit regulate all OTC fish oil supplements, but it does closely regulate prescription fish oil.  I apologise for the innaccuracy.

Regardless whether or not you buy this brand, make sure your fish oil isn't garbage (perhaps actually hurting you).

Make sure it's EuroFin or IFOS certified for purity, has at least 1 gram of EPA and DHA (therapeutic components), and doesn't smell and taste like old fish (it probably is if it does).
