Ingredients:
- 160 grams of yogurt or sour cream (2/3 cup)
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams of melted butter
- 330 grams of flour (2 + 2/3 cups)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 50 grams of chopped nuts (1/3 cup)
In addition:
- 3-4 teaspoons of brown sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 18-20 minutes.
