How to get better audio from your GoPro without an external mic is totally possible, especially if you use your GoPro Hero 7 for vlogging. Using the onboard mic on the GoPro Hero 7 Black I was able to make huge improvements to the audio quality. I built a preset for Adobe Premiere which allows you to drag and drop onto your GoPro Hero 7 footage and it makes a huge difference to your finished GoPro Audio. Forget about flat, muddled GoPro Hero 7 Audio and get crisp and clear pro sounding audio. This will really improve the audio quality for vloggers who use the GoPro Hero 7 for vlogging.

Direct from the GoPro Hero 7 Black, the audio from the onboard mic is flat and muddy. Using this preset the audio has depth and presence that sounds like it was almost recorded with an external mic.
