Should You DIY the VANOS
Should You DIY the VANOS rebuild or bulletproofing of your BMW? This video will show what to expect when rebuilding your VANOS and decide for yourself.
The VANOS is one of the "Big 3" maintenance items most common on earlier BMWs and my E46 M3 is no exception. The unit is an integral part of the engine and involves precision as to not mess up the timing of the engine. This brings a lot more risks than an oil change but many feel up to the challenge. Hopefully by the end of this video it will give you a better idea of what to expect and if you should DIY or hire a professional.

-S54 Vanos Rattle Kit (Optional)
-Lang Racing Cam Gear Bolt Kit
