The Expended LAW launcher tube is unregulated and considered a one time use item, as such it is not restricted.
The M190 Sub caliber adapter is considered by the BATFE to be unregulated since it is considered to be an 'emergency signaling device' similar to standard handheld rocket flares.
Note: I DO NOT HAVE ANY M190 ROCKETS, Nor will I be buying any until I can get confirmation in writing that the factory rockets are unregulated in the state of CA (The ATF does not consider them to be an issue, but CA has been known to be slightly more stringent)
In the event that CA does not give their blessing to the rockets, I will submit a design for approval which does not include the spotting charge. (basically a large estes rocket)
