Many sales leaders are finding it difficult to manage their team now that so many are working remotely.

They are:
1. Address mindset and motivation - this is a critical area since for many being remote from the office and from colleagues and clients is very challenging
2. Ensure they are time blocking activity - helping manage time and productivity
3. Invest in enablement and training people. This is the time where more help is needed. Up their skills and provide the tools.
