Dr. Henry Kibet Mutai- Resits have always been there

Dr. Henry Mutai is the current Director/Chief Executive Officer at the Kenya School of Law. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over twenty years' experience in practice and academia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree  from the University of Nairobi; Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from Temple University and the University of Melbourne and a PhD in international trade law from the University of Melbourne .

He formerly held the position of Managing Director of the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) and sat on the boards of the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) and the Anti-Counterfeit Agency (ACA).

Additionally, he has taught as a lecturer at Moi University School of Law, Riara University, Strathmore University and the Catholic University of Eastern Africa's Institute for Regional Integration and Development.
