How to Disable or Turn off Laptop's Built in Keyboard | Won't work beyond windows 10 20H2

***After May 2020 windows 10 update this trick may not work on some devices. To make this work first disable windows driver update. Open start menu and search for View advanced system settings. Open it and go to Hardware tab. Click on Device Installation Settings. Select No and save changes.
Attention: This process might disable your mouse-pad too. So first try to identify and disable faulty keys only. Video link: How to disable specific keys of keyboard
*** Do make sure you have an external keyboard/mouse in case things go wrong. 💔 (If your mouse-pad is linked to your keyboard it will stop working too). To open on screen keyboard press Windows key + Ctrl + O together.
**If you want to go back update your keyboard driver automatically (select Search automatically for updated driver software instead of browse my computer for driver software @1:37 or you can download the driver from manufacturer website and install it manually.)
Keyboard malfunction is very common for laptops. If your laptop or notebook's keyboard gets short, then you can use this method to disable or turn off your keyboard. You do not need to open your laptop to solve your problem. By following this method you can use your pc with an external keyboard without getting bothered by your malfunctioned key.

***If none of the solutions work as the last resort one can disable the laptop's PS/2 port if your laptop's inbuilt keyboard is a PS/2 one. I have done that after none of these methods work.
To do it:
Step1: Search CMD and right-click on it and run as administrator
Step 2: type this: sc config i8042prt start= disabled
Step 3: Restart, Hopefully, your laptop keyboard won't even be connected to the laptop anymore.
But if any other functionality is lost and you want to enable the PS/2 port follow step 1, and in step 2 type instead: sc config i8042prt start= auto
