This time we visited "Grill Ippei" in Amagasaki!
This long-established Western-style restaurant has been in business for 50 years, and the ivy-covered building looks like something out of a Mario or Ghibli movie.
The restaurant continues to produce old-fashioned, handmade Western-style dishes such as demi-glace sauce, which takes just 10 days to make the base, and corn soup made from bouillabaisse by slowly simmering vegetables from 6:00 in the morning. The taste is gentle and deep, and the restaurant is always full of customers who are reputed to "want to come back for more" and "delicious.
The excellent hamburgers and pasta served in the nostalgic atmosphere of the restaurant were most delicious and enjoyable!
