To become a substitute teacher
To become a substitute teacher you need to go to college. Most states require a bachelors degree, some states do not. It's easy to find the requirements.
Some states require a general knowledge test. Go to the library or bookstore and get a practice book before you take the test.
You will have to have a current TB test.
Just like any job, prepare a resume and apply. It's not hard to get into districts, the hard part is picking up enough assignments. At first register with a few districts, to keep yourself busy.
