ময়দা- ২কাপ
লবন- ১চিমটি
বেকিং পাউডার- ১/২চা চামচ
বেকিং সোডা- ১/২চা চামচ
এলাচিগুঁড়া- ১/৮ চা চামচ
জায়ফল গুরা- ১/৮ চা চামচ
ঘি- ১/৩কাপ বা ১/২কাপ
টকদই- ১/২ কাপ + ২-৩ টেবিল চামচ
সিরা:
চিনি- ৩কাপ
পানি-৩কাপ
এলাচি-৩টি
ঘি-১টে চামচ
ইন্সট্যান্ট মাওয়া:
গুঁড়াদুধ- ১কাপ
ঘি-২টে চামচ
