This video will showcase all of Goggle V henshins from Episdoe 1 to 50. Dai Sentai Goggle V (大戦隊ゴーグルファイブ) was released on 1982 to 1983.
Since this is the early days of Super Sentai, you can tell that they did not prioritize henshin. Not a lot of arm movements. They probably realized in the long run that Henshins can be made cooler with hand movements and special effects.
