- 1 egg
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g sugar
- 2g salt
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking powder
- 6 Oreo cookies (3 for topping)
- 6 Biscoff cookies (3 for topping)

★ Check:
⊙ Freeze the marshmallows in the freezer a day in advance.
⊙ Prepare the butter at room temperature.
⊙ Ensure the egg is not too cold.
⊙ Remove the cream from the Oreo cookies.
