The Skoda Karoq is a crossover that debuted in Poland several years ago. Because of its subdued nature, it has resisted the passage of time well, but still, it's finally time for a facelift, and the 2023 Karoq is now offered after FL. The changes it makes aren't huge, but nevertheless a few areas the people at Skoda have taken on board. For example, the appearance of the exterior and the lights, because now you get adaptive LED Matrix at your disposal. How impressive is the new Skoda Karoq 2023? I had a chance to check it out, spending a few days with a well-equipped copy in the Sportline version, which, true to its name, offers some extra sporty touches. Under the hood was the most powerful 2.0 TSI 190 horsepower gasoline, which is paired with 4x4 drive and a DSG automatic transmission. In the video, I show, for example, what the Karoq offers in terms of 0-100 km/h acceleration and overall dynamics, what kind of fuel consumption it has in the city and on the road, and how the engine compares in terms of operating culture. I also check how the interior handles and whether its facelift has brought any modifications. My video test of the Skoda crossover also shows how it fares in terms of build quality, trunk capacity or rear bench seat.
