The vinyasa is starting from Prasarita Padottanasana, Wide leg forward folds and it is incorporating front splits/ middle splits and their preparations and the series of upavistha konasana. It completes with moola bandha check. It also incorporates 8 angle transition from moola bandha check and a transition of tittibasana and middle split.
