Young Thug Attorney Wants YSL Judge Off RICO Case

On Monday, Young Thug attorney Brian Steel filed a motion for Judge Ural Glanville to remove himself from the YSL RICO trial. Another similar motion was also filed. On Tuesday, Judge Glanville denied both motions.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
