This 30 minute full body band workout is a low impact strength designed to sculpt and burn your muscles! 🔥 The resistance band is used for a variety of strength exercises, and you will move your body in different ways, getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself! Let's work it!

📍 It might be a good idea to watch the exercises first because the transitions can be a little tricky, and quick!!
