KIA EV6 Price: Kia has priced the EV6 from Rs 60.95 lakh to Rs 65.95 lakh (ex-showroom pan India).
KIA EV6 Variants: The electric SUV comes in a single top-of-the-line GT trim. There are 2 variants to choose from: GT Line RWD and GT Line AWD.
KIA EV6 Seating Capacity: It is offered in a 5-seater configuration.
KIA EV6 Battery Pack, Electric Motor and Range: The India-spec Kia EV6 gets a 77.4 kWh battery pack and the following powertrain choices: a single motor rear-wheel drive (229 PS/350 Nm), and a dual motor all-wheel drive (325 PS/605 Nm) setup. The EV6 has an ARAI-claimed range of up to 708 km.
KIA EV6 Charging: Its battery can be rejuvenated from 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger. It takes 73 minutes to juice it up from 10 to 80 percent using a 50 kW DC fast charger while a home charger does the same task in 36 hours.
KIA EV6 Features: The EV6 boasts amenities like curved 12.3-inch displays for the instrument cluster and touchscreen infotainment system, a 14-speaker Meridian sound system, wireless phone charging, dual-zone climate control, ventilated and powered front seats, and a single-pane sunroof.
KIA EV6 Safety: It gets 8 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) like automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist and blind spot monitoring.
KIA EV6 Rivals: Kia’s electric crossover locks horns with the Hyundai Ioniq 5, upcoming Skoda Enyaq iV, BMW i4, and the Volvo XC40 Recharge. The Volvo C40 Recharge can also be regarded as an alternative to the Kia EV6.
