The Pickleball Flick Shot (Advanced Tutorial) | JW Johnson's Signature Forehand Flick

Over the past year, I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to perfect the Forehand Flick Shot (as a speed up off the bounce).

Arguably one of the best players who I think has this shot is JW Johnson. I started to analyze his wrist, body movement, snap-- everything I can learn to see how he is performing this shot so well.

Yesterday, I made a breakthrough-- not to say that I've perfected it-- but something clicked and I was able to replicate it to some degree.
