Our new economy hour only Westminster chime movement is a great value. It has features normally found only in more expensive models. It’s great for repairs and new clock projects.
This movement plays the traditional Westminster chime melody and an hour count on the hour. The movement will work with materials up to ½ an inch thick. This provides you with many different options.
If your dial face is substantially less than ½ of a inch you can “shim” the movement back in the case with a few washers.
The “I” shaft system is applied to this movement. This advance system uses a small nut to tighten the minute hand, thereby, providing a more secure fit. The flexible speaker module is a breeze to position and can be mounted using either double faced tape or a screw.

We also offer a FREE pair of hour and minute hands when you purchase one of these movements. There are 45 pairs to pick from in brass or black.
You may also want to consider using the PD200 pendulum drive with this economy chime movement. The PD200 will allow you to operate a pendulum of any length up to 25 inches and 7 ounces.
