First, I’m sharing a simple oatmeal bake recipe that you can customize with any mix-ins you like. All you do is mix the batter, add to a baking dish, and you can have baked oats ready in just 45 minutes! Using that base, you can make all sorts of different baked oatmeal flavors – including vegan baked oatmeal with no eggs.
Try the classic flavors like blueberry baked oatmeal & apple baked oatmeal. Or festive flavors like pumpkin baked oatmeal or carrot cake baked oatmeal. Plus, I’ve got some unique flavors to share—like a peanut butter banana baked oatmeal & a CINNAMON ROLL oatmeal bake!
