It could seem strange but changing in 5 minutes means overcoming the tendency to procrastinate, that is little steps to get great changes.
In his famous “every Sunday monologue”, Al pacino used to say that what really makes the difference is the centimeters, not the Km, so step by step you can make great changes.
I'm going to show you an excercise, created by Marla Cilley, the foremost scholar on US home domestics, she tells us how to clean home in a very fast way.
I would say that these reflections could be applied in our everyday lives, leading us to the change.
